Post-hole drilling — rural Mercedes
60 fence-post holes across a 5-acre property. Half a day on site, holes ready for the fence crew the next morning.

When the job doesn't fit a category — post holes, footings, hauling, light grading, lifting, moving things — we bring the backhoe and the operator by the hour. Owner-operated across the whole RGV.
The Problem
Not every job is a project. Sometimes you need 20 post holes drilled. Sometimes a tree stump is too big for your truck. Sometimes you need a load of dirt moved across the property because the homeowner crew can't lift it.
For those jobs, hourly backhoe service is the right answer. You get the machine and an operator who knows what he's doing. No project minimum, no scoping a fixed price for something neither of us can predict.
We show up on time, we work, and we stop when the job's done. You pay for the hours we ran. Simple.
Scope
Auger attachment for fence-post holes, sign posts, deck footings. 12" or 18" augers most common.
Trenched footings for shops, additions, retaining walls. Dug to the depth and width you spec.
Move dirt, caliche, gravel, or debris across your property. Loader bucket or with the trailer.
Smooth out a yard, level a pad, finish-grade after a build. Box-blade work where the backhoe can't.
Move things too heavy for a pickup — old playsets, slabs, big pots, equipment. Backhoe with a chain or forks.
If you need a backhoe and you can't tell which category it falls in, this is it. Hourly, on site, getting it done.

For smaller fixes or jobs where the scope isn’t clear until we dig, we offer an hourly backhoe rate. Best for unclear scope or quick repair work.

Two-hour minimum on site, plus travel if you're outside the immediate McAllen / Edinburg area. Anything less and it doesn't cover trailering the machine out.
