HarlingenDemolition · Rio Grande Valley
Old slabs, sheds, fences, derelict structures, storm debris — we tear it down, haul it out, and leave the site rough-graded and ready for whatever's next.
The Problem
Old sheds, carports, slabs, chain-link, storm-damaged outbuildings — they sit there until you need the space. Then the new build hits a delay because nobody pulled the old slab out. Or the buyer backs out because there's a falling-down shed in the back yard.
We take the structure down, separate the debris where it makes sense (metal to scrap, clean concrete vs. mixed), and haul it off the same week. Slabs we break out and load directly. Sheds and small outbuildings we knock down with the backhoe and clear to the dirt.
After demo, we rough-grade so the site's level and drains away from anything left standing. If you're building back on the same footprint, we coordinate so the pad work follows demo on the same crew.
Scope
Sheds, carports, small barns, lean-tos — taken down with the backhoe and cleared to dirt.
Concrete slabs broken up, loaded, and hauled off. We separate clean concrete for recycling when possible.
Chain link, wood, T-post — pulled, stacked, and hauled. Concrete fence-post footings broken out.
Downed trees, fence sections, scattered material after tropical storms — collected and hauled.
Once the structure's gone, we rough-grade the site so it drains and is ready for the next step.
Everything we haul goes to a legal disposal site. No illegal dumping, no leftover piles.

FAQ
Small slabs and sheds: $800–$2,500. Larger structures or jobs with heavy haul-off: $3,000–$10,000+. The biggest variable is how much you have to haul and how far.
Most residential demo doesn't need a permit. If your city or HOA requires one (some do for full structures), we'll let you know and help with the paperwork.
We handle small structures, sheds, carports, slabs, and outbuildings. Full house demolition we partner with a heavier-equipment crew — we can quote and coordinate that for you.
Most demo jobs we can fit in within a week. Storm-cleanup work we try to fit in same- or next-day when we can.
If we suspect asbestos in old material we stop and recommend a licensed abatement crew. We don't demo anything with known hazardous material — that's a separate regulated process.
Where it makes sense — metal goes to scrap, clean concrete goes to recycling sites in the Valley. Mixed debris goes to a legal dump.
